- Think on different questions you would like to ask about that job.
- Write down on a paper an e-mail layout with:
* Introduction: Introduce yourself (who you are, why you are writing to them an e-mail)
* Body: Detail: #1 write here your questions
Detail: #2 How should a employee be?
Detail: #3 What could citizens do for helping them in their jobs?
* Conclusion: Thank him/her for everything & say goodbye.
